…and don’t let the door hit ya in the ass on the way out.
I jest. There were many good things about 2012, and I am grateful for each and every one of them, and for each and every one of you.
It seems that 2012 was a tough year for a lot of folks around me. It felt more like 2008 and 2009, when everyone I knew was getting laid off, or facing uncertain prospects. People were stressed, things were difficult, personal growth was neither easy, nor optional.
And yet, here we are. All together. On a chilly, star-lit, night.
Here’s hoping that the next year is the best one yet- may you be blessed with health and wealth, friends and family, joy, joviality, peace, love, happiness, and may all your hopes and dreams succeed so well that you don’t quite know what to do with all your good luck.
